I like to follow up outputs with “what are some other topics I could include to make this more interesting?”

It usually produces a list of ideas of topics that are, strategically, related to whatever I’m writing. Then from there I can ask for more or less broad examples to find some that maybe are gaps in what I’m trying to achieve.

I also find it helpful to free write to the AI what I’m trying to achieve. Just “data input writing” style like:

“With this piece I want to reach women 34 to 72 who have grown up in a religious family and are now building their own family without religion. Knowing that, how would you suggest I change the article? Positive tone. Attitude: we’ve got this. Opinion of religion: it got us here so let’s move on.”

That specific level of detail that comes from human cognition alone is what will differentiate your work from others. IMO.
